"Really nice, but I’m not totally sold on the price"
I actually really like the quality of the stuff I got, and it feels well made. At the same time, I kept thinking the prices were a bit too high for what it is. I’d probably buy from them again, but I’d also wait for a sale.

"Arrived on time, but I expected sturdier packaging"
My order from Kathy Kuo Home showed up when it was supposed to, which I appreciated. That said, the box was banged up by the time it got to me, and for what I paid, I expected the packaging to feel a bit more secure.

There was some padding inside, but not quite enough for a heavier item in my opinion. Nothing was completely broken, thankfully, but one corner did have a small ding. Customer service was pleasant enough, but I do think they could pack these pieces better.

"Shipping was slower than I expected"
I ordered from Kathy Kuo Home and, to be fair, the item did arrive in good condition. But the shipping was slow, and the tracking barely updated for a few days, so I had no idea what was going on. For what they charge, I expected the whole process to be a bit smoother. Whoever runs this really needs to tighten up the shipping updates. I might order again, but only if I’m not in any kind of rush.

"I’ve been a fan of this brand for..."
I’ve been a fan of this brand for a while, so I was really hoping for a smooth experience. I paid extra for white glove delivery, but the team showed up late and then left a bunch of packaging mess behind. The product itself seems fine, which is why I’m conflicted, but the delivery definitely didn’t feel like the premium service I expected.

"Mostly in stock, but the wait times can be frustrating"
I’ve ordered from Kathy Kuo Home a couple of times now, and to be fair, the things I wanted were actually in stock both times. That was a nice surprise since that’s not always the case with home furniture sites. But one side table suddenly showed a longer wait time after I put it in my cart, which was irritating. It made me second-guess the order a bit. Overall, the inventory does seem fairly up to date and easy enough to check, but I’d still keep an eye on the details before checking out.

Yeah, everything was what I ordered, no mix-ups or anything. It just took a little longer than I figured, but overall it was fine.

"Helpful when you really need it"
I reached out when I was having an issue, and they got back to me quickly. You always hope support won’t take forever, and in this case they actually fixed the problem without a hassle.

"The design help really wasn’t helpful"
I booked their interior design help thinking I’d get some useful ideas, but it was disappointing. Replies took forever, the suggestions were super vague, and they kept sending me links to expensive stuff that didn’t even fit my room. It really felt like they hadn’t actually read what I asked for

"Pretty good overall"
The quality seems really good to me. It did show up with one small scratch, which is a little annoying, but I still feel like it arrived in good shape overall. Not perfect, but I’m happy with it.

"Really frustrating site to shop on"
I tried browsing Kathy Kuo Home the other day, or maybe it was last weekend, I lost track because I kept coming back to it, and it was just annoying. Pages were loading really slowly, the filters kept resetting after I’d already picked them, and a few product pages either wouldn’t open or loaded weird. After a while I gave up because it felt way too clunky to actually shop.

"Description didn’t match at all"
I mean, you’d expect the table to at least look like the photos and description, but it really didn’t. The color was off, the size wasn’t what I expected, and after waiting for it to arrive, that was frustrating.
